Who owns what I create?
You do, as far as the law and the model's own terms allow. We don't claim ownership of your prompts, uploads or results. Some models have their own usage terms, which we link from the model's page in the app.
Do you use my creations to train AI?
No. We don't train any models on your prompts, uploads or results. Your requests are sent to the provider that runs the model you choose, under that provider's own data policy. See our Privacy Policy.
What happens if a run fails?
You're refunded in full, automatically. You only pay for runs that produce a result.
Is there a subscription?
No. You top up when you want, in the amount you want. Nothing renews or charges you automatically.
Can I get a refund on my balance?
Yes, for credit you haven't used, within 14 days of buying it. See our Refund Policy for the details.
What can't I make?
Anything illegal or harmful, including sexual content involving minors, intimate images of real people without their consent, and content that harasses or impersonates others. Our Acceptable Use Policy lists the rules.
Do I need the Windows app?
No. The web app does everything most people need. The Windows app adds the bigger production tools and the option to use your own provider accounts.
