Refund Policy
Last updated: [Date you publish this]
We want you to be happy with Muselight. This policy explains when you can get your money back. It doesn't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Failed runs: refunded automatically
If a run fails or is cancelled before it starts, its full price goes back to your balance straight away. You don't need to ask.
Unused Credits: 14 days
You can get a full refund of any Credits you haven't used within 14 days of buying them. If you've used some of a top-up, we'll refund the part you haven't used. Ask at [email protected] with your account email; we'll arrange the refund through Paddle, and it goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
After 14 days, top-ups aren't refundable, except where the law requires it or where we close the Service or your account without fault on your part (see our Terms). Your Credits don't expire while your account is open.
Results you're unhappy with
AI results vary, and a run that completes but doesn't turn out how you hoped isn't automatically refundable, since the model did the work. But if a result was clearly broken (for example blank, corrupted, or not what the model was asked to make because of a fault on our side), contact us within 14 days and we'll return that run's price to your balance.
Your right to cancel
As a UK or EU consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of a digital service. The 14-day refund of unused Credits above meets that right. When you spend Credits on a run, you're asking us to provide that part of the service straight away, so a run that has completed can't be cancelled.
Payments and chargebacks
Paddle, our merchant of record, processes all payments and refunds. If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us first: we can usually sort it out faster than a chargeback. If a payment is reversed through your bank, the Credits from it are removed from your balance and your account may be paused while we look into it.
